- Assist customers with sizing, product questions and order guidance
- Handle returns, exchanges and order issues with care and efficiency

- Build genuine relationships with our loyal customer community
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail or a people facing role
- Warm, empathetic communication style — written
- Patience, attention to detail and a genuine desire to help
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- A love for fashion and an understanding of what our customer values

Job Vacancy: Online Store Assistant at Grace & Gracie
We are looking for an organised, tech comfortable Online Store Assistant to help manage the day to day running of our online store. You do not need to be a developer. You just need to be reliable, detail oriented and someone who genuinely cares about doing things properly.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage and update product listings on our online store
- Assist with uploading new collections, product descriptions and images
- Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock
- Support order processing and fulfilment coordination
- Help maintain the warm and curated feel of the Grace & Gracie online store
Requirements:
- Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms — or willing to learn quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, self motivated and able to work independently
- Good written communication skills
- An eye for presentation and an appreciation for what makes a store feel special

We are looking for a warm, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate Personal Styling Advisor to help our customers find pieces they will love — from the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised styling advice to customers via email
- Help customers navigate the online store and find pieces that suit their style, body and occasion
- Build genuine ongoing relationships with loyal Grace & Gracie customers
- Stay familiar with the current collection and be able to speak to each piece with confidence and warmth
- Represent the Grace & Gracie values — honesty, care and a genuine love for dressing women beautifully
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for women's fashion and personal styling
- Warm, confident and empathetic communication style
- Experience in retail, styling or a fashion related role preferred
- Comfortable working remotely and building relationships digitally
- An understanding of and appreciation for the Grace & Gracie woman — her life, her style and what she values
